About the blog

Where the Beer and Whiskey Flow was started in 2010. It had a different name back then and then a second name before going on hiatus in September of 2012.

The name Where the Beer and Whiskey Flow is actually the name of a song by my favorite Celtic punk band, The Tossers. But why use that song title? Well, when I think of a place where beer and whiskey flow freely, I think of a place where you can talk about anything, decompress and be yourself. That’s what I want this blog to be. It’s what I’ve always wanted it to be. This is a place where nothing is off limits and I’ll always be completely honest.

So belly up to the bar, get yourself a drink (any drink … not just beer or whiskey) and enjoy. Thanks for reading.
